This data is supplied by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) worldwide.
The NMHSs make official weather observations in their respective countries.
Links to their official weather service web are made available, when possible.

is an easy to use website
that gives weather predictions for cities around the world.
Worldclimate.com has a worldwide climate data in an easy-to-use form.
Climate data are historical weather averages, showing what the weather was like each month, averaged over a range of years.
WorldClimate is designed for schools, families, travelers and others interested in weather patterns around the world.
WorldClimate contains over 85,000 records of world climate data from a wide range of sources.
One problem is that some location names are shown as the one they had at the time the data was recorded. Several countries, especially in Eastern Europe have changed names since then.
